I do not write a lot of reviews but because Daniel far exceeded my expectations I simply have to. Daniel came to my house, assessed the damage and fixed it to my full satisfaction He is one of the rare professionals who explain which parts he recommends for a safe repair, without ever trying to upsell. He works fast, and efficient, always very personable and his pricing (for parts and labor) is very competitive. Just for comparison I asked him about the cost of a specific job (spring replacement on garage door) and his price was literally half the price another (well known) garage door company charged me in the past. I am very happy that I found Daniel and can whole heartedly recommend him to anybody who needs quality service at a reasonable price. ~ Johann O

Sam and Daniel are professional and can analyze the garage door damage and offer various repair options. I was going to attempt the repair myself using off-the-shelf parts from Lowe's-bad idea! There were many other broken parts that contributed to the failure that I did not know about and were beyond my assessment of the repair. The failures were in the system which was an extension spring system with many moving parts, that could have been repaired immediately or be upgraded to a torsion spring system-also immediately. The torsion spring system has less moving parts and is a cleaner presentation, so I upgraded to the torsion system.......and so should you if you have an extension spring system. I was pleased to buy them lunch after the repair completion. ~ Randy S

We had a double garage door, the spring broke and caused a crack in the top window panel of the door. I called a several places to see if anyone would be able to fix this versus replacing a panel or the entire door. All the companies said they were not able to repair my issue, and I'd need a new door which was really costly. I called Pop's Garage Door and Daniel came out within a couple of hours, assessed the damage, and produced a fix. He provided a clear quote, was very good at explaining everything. Daniel came out the next day and was able to repair the panel, replace the spring and add a metal reinforcement to an additional garage door. Our garage door spring broke in the middle of the night. We called Pop's garage door to get it replaced, and they promptly set up an appointment to get the repair done the same day. Raz was very respectful and friendly from the beginning to the end of the interaction. He even went above and beyond by trying to keep our carpets clean as he entered the house. Raz was very transparent and informative on what the problem was, how it could be solved, and what additional things could be done to help the lifespan of our garage door. Even though he informed us about the additional services, we felt that there was no pressure to change the rollers and bearings on the door. Daniel was so accommodating, patient, and professional. It is so reassuring to know that there are companies that still know how to provide real customer service. We had a slight emergency when our garage door would not close properly before a planned vacation and Daniel arrived the same day to replace our springs, adjust the opener and bands, and add one and re-program both remotes. Everything was done within three hours of my initial call. Daniel was pleasant, respectful, professional and courteous, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the issues and how his recommended solutions would address each item. The pricing was quite reasonable considering the quick response time, and I will have them back to do some further upgrades on our door. From the initial phone call to book a time for a service call to the completion of the job with Daniel, Pop’s Garage Door was amazing. Absolute professionalism. I had my garage door stop working and asked some friends for recommendation, and one of them gave me this business' number. I told them I had to have my car out that day, and they can fix the door another day. Sholman told me that he had a full day already booked but that he would do everything in his power to help. He arrived at 9 pm that day and helped me open the door just so that I could get the car out, which I was super grateful for! Yesterday evening both Sholman and Danni arrived to fix the door, and less than 1 hour later I had a reliable working door again. Danni was amazingly knowledgeable and showed me several things that I need to be aware of in terms of possible failures that might or might not happen in the future, so that I could consider to address before such potential failures might happen in the future. Highly recommend! My garage door broke after 5pm and the company actually answered the phone, gave me an estimated time of arrival & It was within 2 hours of my original call. Daniel called me directly, gave me his eta and replaced several broken parts that a previous company had “fixed” two times prior in the past year. Daniel explained why the parts needed to be replaced, fixed everything quickly and was professional, kind and a true delight! The garage door was completely fixed by 9pm! Our car got accidentally backed up into the garage door which damaged the door. They sent technician Daniel the same day for repair. He went above and beyond to ensure the job got done properly and that the door was safe to be used again. One thing I was very certain after this visit is they are not the type of company looking to cash in on an opportunity but will rather get the work done diligently, even if it takes extra time. We just had Daniel out to replace part of our garage door system and he was fantastic! Another local company in Parker came out yesterday and was very dishonest and tried to charge us 3x the price for the same work. Tal was absolutely great! I let him know what the issue was, which he looked into and immediately saw a couple issues that he quickly fixed. And explained that the rollers are likely part of the issue and that he could replace them with a much better product (which I had him do and now it's MUCH quieter than before). He also lubed the rollers and the door brackets, ensured the door opener was adjusted properly and now it seems as if everything is brand new and works great! We had 2 broken panels on our garage door. We had two other repair companies come out and tell us they could not fix or replace the panels and our only option was to replace the whole door. Pop's Garage Door came out and said a replacement door was not necessary. They repair man gave me options and pricing on how the repair could be done. He listened to my concerns and the did a comprehensive check on my opener After explaining what he had found and what the solutions might be and then giving me cost options we decided on the solution I needed and he went to work. Highly recommended company! Called about my broken garage door springs and they were able to schedule the repair the same day. Daniel and Tal were pretty quick and efficient. They explained all my options to me and how long it will take. They were able to finish the job pretty quickly in less than 90 minutes and that included replacing the springs and installing a new motor and installing a support strut. This company offered a way better value as well compared to a different company I talked to earlier. ~ Mark

Daniel my technician was great. He was super thorough in explaining everything and his recommendation to fix my issue (spring replacement). He also noticed that the builder (Richmond) did not use the right rollers (cheap plastic and not meant for my size door) and could be a problem in the future. His recommendation for the rollers resulted in a much quieter path on the track. The work was done right and at a reasonable price. I called because our garage door opener wasn’t working. The receptionist was very kind and helpful. When the technician came out and looked at the opener he said that the pull rope had just been pulled so he put it in the right position and it was fixed. We live in Strasburg so it was a long way for a silly mistake on my part. He was very understanding. We decided to have him tune both garage doors while he was here. The price was very reasonable for the long drive and the tune up. I would totally recommend them and use them again. ~ Brandy W
